Anyone from Jersey City willing to help someone out?

I have a friend that lives in Jersey City but doesn't have a car to get to his appointments about 50 miles from there.. He is wanting to have the surgery but his local doctor is giving him the run around but the closest place is 50 miles from there.. I am sure he is willing to help with gas.. But to get a taxi would be about three dollars round trip.. If you are willing or know and organization that might be willing to help please let me know.. i am seeing a doctor Vazquez from patterson new jersey. i called his office to fire him, i dont think he liked it, but i told him what i thought about him and his staff.
