Northern NJ Lighter for Life Support Group Meeting Reminder

Greetings! The Nor'easter is over! Everything is back to business as usual. Hopefully, things are back to normal for you, and you've been able to enjoy some of the gorgeous Spring weather. This month's May support group meeting topic will be the first of the 2-part series- "Phases of Weight Loss Surgery - What Phase Are You in?", followed by "Oh No! I'm on the Regain Train!" for the June support group meeting. I'm sure the weather will cooperate this month. Hope to see you Monday! Irene ************************************************************************ Recently there has been some discussion on the OSSG-Kamelgard group about phases of weight loss surgery and the topic of weight regain. We will devote the April and May meetings to exploring these topics. Monday, May 14th, will be the first part in the series; "Phases of Weight Loss Surgery - What Phase Are You in?". Then join us on June 11th for part two of our series: "Oh No! I'm on the Regain Train!" Phases of Weight Loss Surgery - What Phase Are You In? - Are you in the Honeymoon Phase - no matter what you do, the weight is just falling off? - Are you in the Arrogant Phase where you think the weight is gone "forever" and will never come back? - How about the Wall - have you hit a plateau or maybe you've regained some and nothing seems to work and you're terrified? - Or are you resigned to using the tool and trying to get back to what worked for you in the beginning? The meetings are held at the Lighter for Life office in Paramus, NJ. All weight loss surgery patients are welcome - both pre-op and post-op regardless of type of procedure, surgeon or hospital program. We look forward to hearing about your experiences.
