hi dee fish and seafood in general is a great source of protein i'm sure the 'fried' part wasn't so good for me -- but since i only make it up to boston twice a year i gotta do what i gotta do to kill my cravings -- i will NOT eat seafood in NJ -- personally i think it just sucks -- i'm a very finicky eater -- i won't eat chinese food in NJ either --get that in boston also -- i won't have a roast beef sandwich in Nj either -- there is a long list of what i won't have in NJ that's what happens when you are born and raised in a different part of the country -- you are used to "home" food before you know it -- after your surgery -- you will be eating all kinds of foods don't worry about it take care roberta

I'm really close to you. I live in Pleasantville and I'm in the embrionic stages of this process. I go for my seminar on May 12 in Pomona (Bacharach, to be exact). Nereida

Also in the embryonic stage and am researching surgeons and facilities in South Jersey. I live in southern Gloucester County. Have ruled out the Kennedy hospital because of the Channel 10 news story on all the problems there with bariiatric surgery. I am leaning toward South Jersey Regional with Dr. Iqbal who seems to get great reviews from other patients. Rachael

I'm from south jersey, had lapband done at "vitura of marlton". By Dr. Adam goldstein. We have good support group here, in voorhees that meats 3 thurs. A month. Lapband and RNY together. Good luck you did not say what kind of surgery you were going for. Bridget k.
