OT but I have a question...

Anyone know of a good summer rental at the Jersey Shore? My extended family and I are looking to rent a house (right on the beach or bay preferably). We would either need 2 houses right next to each other that will sleep 6-8 or one huge house that will sleep about 10. I have scoured the net but since I don't know the areas really well it is a bit hard. Any info would be greatly appreciated. We don't care how close we are to all of the "touristy" attractions as long as we are close to the water! We are trying to plan a MUCH needed summer getaway. Thanks all. Liz

I don't know of any off hand but many years ago we rented a home on the beach at Seaside. Check the phone book for realators you will be suprised how they can help you. Lauretta

Your best bet is to get in touch with a realtor. Where exactly were you looking for location? Long beach island is nice as well as point pleasant. If your going to book for LBI.... some advice.. do it real soon.... books up quickly.... let me know if ya need anymore help.... Christine.

Christine, We have a 2 br condo in Seaside that we rent out, but it is currently rented for the entire summer. Another route to go is to visit Summershorerentals.com This is a website that owners advertise their property on. We had ours listed there & it was great. Good Luck! Amy
