hi all im back in the 200 s again

well i guess this what we call a wow monemt for most of you you wont think so but it is .im 6-8 tall and im back in the 200s again they the hi 200 but still the 200 this is great for me never figure i see that again but i im im at 296 down from 435 all in 19 weeks just want to give update thanks frank
