Who uses it religiously? Who uses it some of the time? Who wants to start incorporating it in your life? I decided that it would be a great way to track my calcium & fiber intake while watching the carbs/fat. Angela

You knew I'd be chiming in here. I truly believe that fitday has been one on the most valuable tools during my entire journey. I have used it to track EVERY SINGLE THING that I have put in my mouth for more that a year now. I also use it as a workout / training log to track all of my exercise & daily calories burned. At any point in the day, I know EXACTLY how many calories I've had & what percentage of total cals com from fat, carbs or protein. It really helped when I was trying to figure out the best possible maintenance plan after reaching goal. I was easily able to compare my calories burned to calories eaten for each day, week or even month. It made me realize that I wasn't getting enough fat in my diet. Now, I've evened out my daily intake to 20% Fat, 40% Carbs (Hight Fiber), and 40% Protein. Best of all... The damn thing is free. Sure, it takes a litte work and discipline to enter all of your custom foods and actually take the time a few times a day to enter what you've eaten, but, I think it's more than worth the effort. Jeez... you'd think these guys were paying me or something. Be Well, A.J.

I use it religiously. If I am not home, as soon as get home I enter every single thing that I logged in my food diary. I use that religiously also. Between the two I am able to remain accountable to myself.

I use it religiously -- I kind of fell off for awhile, but not am back on board. IT really helps. See you soon sweets! Nannette

I'm 5 months out and I use it religiously..... also, I can track my exercise (or lack there of!) it's really helpful.... I never knew how little Vit K containing foods I eat... makes me really try to get down those green leafy things..... Mary

Once and a while to plan/check on what I am eatting and make sure I have not slipped into calorie creep.

Recently was told about it and started using it, need to be more regular though, but it's a very nice website and very useful!

I am new to this site and don't know what Fit Day is for some of us who don't know can you share, how we might be able to use it when we become losers?
