You knew I'd be chiming in here.
I truly believe that fitday has been one on the most valuable tools during my entire journey.
I have used it to track EVERY SINGLE THING that I have put in my mouth for more that a year now.
I also use it as a workout / training log to track all of my exercise & daily calories burned.
At any point in the day, I know EXACTLY how many calories I've had & what percentage of total cals com from fat, carbs or protein.
It really helped when I was trying to figure out the best possible maintenance plan after reaching goal. I was easily able to compare my calories burned to calories eaten for each day, week or even month. It made me realize that I wasn't getting enough fat in my diet. Now, I've evened out my daily intake to 20% Fat, 40% Carbs (Hight Fiber), and 40% Protein.
Best of all... The damn thing is free. Sure, it takes a litte work and discipline to enter all of your custom foods and actually take the time a few times a day to enter what you've eaten, but, I think it's more than worth the effort.
Jeez... you'd think these guys were paying me or something.
