Toms River OCWLS Meeting Friday ... Thanks for making me feel welcome!
Hey all -
I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who were at the meeting and who made me feel welcome and like part of the group even though it was my first meeting.
I was great to see those of you in person whom I have only seen on this board. I look forward to spending some additional time with you wonderful folks in the future.
I also wanted to just mention how much I enjoyed the meeting. I have attended meeting in a diffrent venue and was turnrd off to say the least ... to cold and clinical and I just felt like I was a # of juust a seat. You gys are a real group who you can tell feel for each other. I walked away feeling like I had just made some new friends!
Perhaps next time I can make the after meeting ... Thanks again -
Ray
Ray~
It was great to have you at the meeting, and welcome to our little family We do have some wonderful people in our group, it's such a blessing to have this as a resource for us after such a big life change.
It was nice to meet you and please do come back... we also meet the third Monday night of each month at Kimball Medical Center, in a small little building behind the hospital, it's called the Center for Healthy Living. We meet from 7-9pm and the next scheduled meeting will be April 16'th.

Hi Ray,
I am also new to the meeting (2x) and that is the reason I come back. The members are great, its easy to talk to them and the comfort level on a scale of 1-10 is 10+. I too hope to make the after meeting sometime soon, I'm sure its a BLAST!!! Welcome and hope to see you again in Toms River and maybe you can get to Lakewood (another good meeting).
Welcome to our little group (she says devilishly as she rubs her hands together!) - fresh meat!
All kidding aside, Ray - I am very glad that you joined us last night. We're a fairly harmless, but fun group that simply share our lives with each other and try to support each other! There are many in the group that have become friends and very dear to me.
Hope you can make it regularly, we all bring a bit of new experiences to the table.
Welcome aboard!
Hugs,
Nannette
