It is April 11, at Pennsylvania Hospital. Loong time coming and I am sooo relieved. Alittle nervous but so far okay. Any suggestions on what to bring ? I hear that almost all is supplied. Did anyone bring their robe? Will my flip flops be okay to walk the halls or should I bring sneaks? MP 3 player, ipod ? Any other suggestions? Here i go..... Franni

Thank you, thank you very much! Yes a very long time....I have to think that all works out for the better. I had my pre-op surgical appt yesterday. Dr. K was not in but all was well. I am ready. April 11 is coming fast and I just have to get a few more things ready. Yes I saved it on kirklands forum. I was really nervous - now pretty calm. We all have issues and insurance issues are a pain. Glad that was all resolved. I was getting sad to see so many ping out of support meetings onto their surgery while I waited. Gave me alot of time to do research and do my external appeal. I saw post-ops change and become healthy and that was only in the last 18 months. I am glad I got to witness that. WLS does really change lives. How are you and hubby doing? I missed march support group meeting in Zubrow. After May we will be meeting in the Cafeteria- how ironic !! Remodel or something(please- new chairs!) Thanks for thinking of me and send me some good vibes for wednesday! franni
