Hello again~ Does anyone know of any support groups in Middlesex/Union County. My doctor's office has a support group, but it is about 30-45 minutes from my home? Thanks again, Stacy~

Stacy, Muhlenberg Hospital in Plainfield has a support group the 3rd Thursday of the month. It's through the bariatric center, you can call and get the information about the groups...the phone # is: 908-226-4200...Good luck honey...

Hi Stacy, The Bariatric Surgery Center at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center has support group meetings the third Thursday of each month from approximately 5:30pm to 7pm. The next meeting is April 19th, 2007. Everyone is welcome. You do not need to be a patient of the center. Should you have any questions please feel free to call and speak with me. Yes, Robin A and I are running a patient based support group on the first Saturday of each month. The next meeting is this Saturday, April 7 at Muhlenberg Hospital @ 10:30am. Look for signs for our room which is on the basement level. Look forward to meeting you!

Hi Bea: Our Saturday support group is open to anyone. Plus, the Bariatric Center runs a support group (the next one is this Thurs the 19th) that's open to all. 5:30-7:00. It's in Plainfield, adjacent to Muhlenberg at the Adult Day Care Center building on the corner of Park and Randolph Rd.
