"Fried" Catfish
Hi,
I bought some Breading and Batter Mix form Dixie Carb Counter and breaded some catfish, sprayed some Olive Oil Pam over it and put it in the oven. It was really good tasted just like the fried version.
I really like the products that Dixie Carb Counter puts out. I tried their brownie mix and that was really good.
