Hi, I bought some Breading and Batter Mix form Dixie Carb Counter and breaded some catfish, sprayed some Olive Oil Pam over it and put it in the oven. It was really good tasted just like the fried version. I really like the products that Dixie Carb Counter puts out. I tried their brownie mix and that was really good. Sharon: Thanks for the heads up. I usually watch sodium also, but because there is so little of this being use I didn't pay that much attention. Jeanne

Hi Randy, I buy most of my products from Netrition.com They have a great line of low carb foods. Prices are resonable and they are very good about replacement. Jeanne
