I made it through surgery!

Hey all. My surgery was Monday and went flawlessly. My sureon was Dr. Ballantyne, and I was at Hackensack University Medical Center. I was discharged yesterday, and I am feeling good. I am more active here now, and more tired and achey too! I'm just taking it a day at a time - my follow-up is Friday the 23rd. I am on liquids till then... 4 oz every hour. I couldn't have asked to come through this any better! Wendy

Thanks, everyone! I finally feel almost "normal" again, as I came back to my own home last night with my daughter. She had spent the week with her father, and I was at my parents' after I was dishcarged. I am definitely more active here at home, which is totally good! Wendy
