down 100 lbs

yes it was 90 days on thursday an im am down 100 lbs i cant belive i fit in to a two x .i never figure i see that again but i did .almost there allready i have 70 more to go wow.i would do this agin in a minute.i dont know many from nj there is never anyone in the chat rooms .ive yet to go to one of the meeting they have here but i will soon i hope.well soon i will hit the 300 mark and that is not bad being im 6-8 tall. ok take care all . thanks frank

Way to go, Frank! That's awesome!! Where are ya in NJ? I don't get into the chat room much, as I'm not on the computer too much lately. I try to read here when I can, but don't even have as much time to post as I'd like. The meetings I go to are a great place for support and information. Keep up the great work!
