Lap Band surgery scheduled for March 21

I am so excited this is happening for me. Dr. J-B is the man! Now I am doing my research on pre and post-op so no real surprises. I can't wait to look at pizza and not have to have 3 slices. Mary

Mary~ CONGRATULATIONS on your surgery being so close! Funny you should mention pizza, we got pizza tonight for dinner, and I used to LOVE it, I can't even get near it anymore.... just to look at it makes me sick. Seriously.... your taste buds really change after the surgery. One of the reasons it really works, thank goodness. Michelle Brennan

Hi Mary, I know how you feel, Im right behind you with my surgery (lap-band) date being March 22nd, I'm looking forward to losing the weight and keepping it off! Maria~ I see you are using Dr. Trivedi. I love him! Where are you from and are you going to any support groups pre-surgery so you will know what to expect? I go to an excellent support group, I started 3 months before my surgery and it's been great. We meet in Toms River and Lakewood.
