Michelle: Great photo, by the way! If you would have had RNY you would have dumped from the ice cream but with lapband you could easily have eaten more with nothing but guilt happening. You need to know that this is "head hunger" not real hunger. If you were really hungry you would eat protein and not ice cream. Get rid of the ice cream and any other temptations. I have sugar free ice pops in my freezer with no desire to eat them. When you have the head hunger again, come on OH and post, it will be your therapy! You are doing great with your weight loss in such a short time so pat yourself on the back and start back on track immediately!
