Posting my first WOW moment
Hello Friends~
I had my surgery 6 months ago, but have never posted a WOW moment up until today. I was waiting for something huge to happen, and it has!
On Wednesday, my 6 month "surgiversary" date, I bought myself a BIKINI! 
YUP...not a typo, a B-I-K-I-N-I 
We are going away next weekend for my son's wrestling tourament and we are staying at a hotel with an indoor pool, and I didn't think my bathing suit from 90 pounds ago looked good anymore----not that it ever did----but it was the best that I could do at 240 pounds. 
It was one of the "nicer" size 24 bathing suits out there! 
Anyway, we were in Atlantic City at the new Ceasars shopping mall and they have this amazing bathing suit store (Everything bu****er it's called), it opened about 6 weeks ago in there. When they first opened I remember walking past the window and saying I was going to get that bikini someday, well, my someday has arrived. 
It's so pretty. Bright blue with bright flowers on it. The bottom has a little ruffle to hide my new "skin flap" that once was a belly button.. it's all wrinkly now...and I bought the matching skirt to wear over the bottom when I need to. I think I am going to take my AFTER picture in it, because my before picture is in my other bathing suit. I am so excited, I had to share with my friends.

Yay Congrats!!! That must've been an awesome feeling! 
Michelle! Robin told me about the bikini...but more importantly, she told me how awesome you look! You need to change your avatar and post some new photos of your new body! I personally will never wear a bikini, I never have and never will, and I will be glad just to wear a normal bathing suit but with my thighs so jiggly, I do not think it will happen without a little skirt to hide them. But I'm so glad you can and will! That was a great wow moment, one of many that you will share! I am so happy for you!
