Treadmill Question
Most treadmills will give you a reading of the amount of calories you are burning off. So you want to at least burn 300 calories. In September, when I started this journey, I was only doing 30 minutes on the treadmill at a 3.0 pace..Now I am running 2-3 miles in 45 minutes, burning 650-700 calories. It is amazing how fast you will build up your tolerance when you do it consistantly 4-5 days a week...If you are doing it 5 days a week, give your body a day or 2 to rest...Good luck.....
