Update
Hi everyone just wanted to update everyone, I had my RNY on September 18th and as of today one week shy of 5 months I am down a whopping 114 pounds I feel so much better then before, plus I am now going to the gym 3 to 4 times per week doing 1.5 miles on the bike and 1.5 miles on the trend mill. This surgery was the best thing I ever did for my self.
