I had my surgery on 11/9 and I cannot have wheat bread or rice. You should probably be eating mostly protein and some fruits and veggies. You are probably not making the right choices. I usually have oatbran or an egg or cottage cheese for breakfast, a protein shake mid AM, soup, turkey meatballs, shrimp, chili, tuna, salmon or chicken salad for lunch or dinner and another protein shake. The protein should equal approx. 7-10 grams of protein and the shakes another 40 grams. You should be speaking to your nutritionist to find out what you are doing wrong to be at such a stall.

thank you everyone for the post that you have given to me. i have cut back on food all together and started to have oatmeal for breakfast and two boiled eggs with 1 wheat bread for breakfast and 2 boiled eggs and wheat toast for dinner i drink 9 bottles of water a day and i have 2 cups of decaf and 2 protein shakes. that's my meal plan that i have been doing. i know that it isn't right but maybe I can start to lose so weight.

2 boiled eggs is too much for you. Your pouch is small and cannot hold all that. I'm surprised you are not feeling full after one egg. I wouldn't eat the bread either. Instead, have some unsweetened applesauce, watermelon or strawberries. You should be limiting carbs and concentrating only on protein first then fruits and veggies. 1/4 - 1/2 cup of food is all you should be having. Some good protein suggestions: cottage cheese eggs frigo cheese head, light tuna salmon canned chicken turkey meatballs oat bran (i use 2T of oatbran and 4 oz. milk) put in micro for 1 min. stir, 30 sec., stir and 20 sec. then add unflavored protein powder to it ricotta cheese, skim milk go back to basics and you will start losing again!

thankyou Sherri for the info I will try that I haven't really eaten much food anyway and i don't feel full after the 2 eggs they are the real little eggs but it seems to maintain me from eating again. But since i have been back to work I haven't really been thinking about the food. but i would love to have ya'll give me more good food options it is clear that I have no ideal what I am doing.
