Friday is my big day...

It was scheduled for today. I spent 6 hours today waiting for surgery - I had my IV inserted and met with the doctor and anestheseologist - told me they would be coming for me in a half hour. Three hours later I was still waiting. One of the patients before me must have been a complicated case because the nurse finally came out and asked me if I could reschedule on Friday since the doctor was so far behind. I was mentally prepared for today. Now I am a bundle of nerves and hope I can get mentally prepared again for Friday.

gee michelle, that stinks bigtime. im so sorry!!! but, just calm down, take a few deep breaths, keep busy, and Friday will be here real soon. best of luck to you. hugs, jacki

Michelle~ I am so sorry, that is a huge let down. You will be on the losers bench in just 2 more days though. I can imagine what your nerves must have been like yesterday though, I feel for you. Good luck on Friday, it will be well worth the wait. Michelle Brennan
