josh is conscious and know he has medical issue doctor are trying to wean him off ofthe ventilator when not on it he is breathing 100%on his own but it rapid still on dialysis every other day doctor are optimistic that his kidney are healing as he put out more urine asking for prayer for his emotional stete as he has a long and hard road ahead of him ila
