Being that you are eating more you need to be more aware or what type of foods you are eating. Are you getting in your protein and water intake? Are you exercising? I would also suggest journaling your food and exercise intake to see what you are doing. I've just started doing this myself and the pen is definitely mightier than the sword. You'll be amazed at what you are actually eating when you see it written down as opposed to thinking that we're not consuming much food.
