YIPPII...IM ON THE LOSING SIDE

Hello everyone, I had my surgery done ( LAP BAND) this past Monday Jan 8th, and I got on the scale this morning and almost died, Im down 11 pounds, I just couldn't believe my eye's when I saw the scale. I was so affraid the surgery wouldn't work, god only know's why but that's how I felt, I guess it was because no other diet ever worked, and was soooo shocked to see the weight off...Im so happy and feel really great today. Up until today I was very very sore and still am but everyday it's getting better...I will update as the weeks go on. I go back to the doctor on Tuesday and we will see what he says...Love to you all...Sharon

Sharon, CONGRATS!!!! Also, glad to hear that you are felling better. Keep up the great work! I hope to see you on the losing side come Monday.....that's my BIG day!!
