Surgery is Over....

Well, yesterday was my surgery (Lap Band), as the doctor said it was a text book case, Im a bit sore today and am on all liquids until Thursday when I can eat some mush...I slept pretty well last night considering I was up like every 20 minutes to pee, I guess it was from the IV liqids they gave me...Today went well, just hung around the house, walked a lot and took a vicidin for pain, then slept....Anyway, Im so glad it's over and am looking foward to losing weight...Thanks everyone for all your support, I really helps....

Congratulations Sharon. Dr JB told mentioned you to me today. I asked how you did and he said great. I can't wait to get all these tests in order. Next stop.... psych eval

How was your experience with Dr. JB? Isn't he great? He has a great bedside manner - I am so pleased with my experience with the center so far and have nothing but wonderful things to say! I look and feel great so far and I know it will continue. Just follow everything to the T and you will be another success story at The Bariatric Center! Hope to see you next Thursday.

You know what I look like so look for me! I have a follow up appt. so I'll be there at 4:30. How are you doing so far?

I'm doing very well, thanks. I'm down 40 lbs., and feeling great. I think I may have met you at one of the meetings already...possibly in November.....
