Paying out of pocket

I am looking at everyone of my options at the moment. Has anyone paid out-of-pocket in NJ for Lap-Band? How much does this usually run?

I paid, im having my lap band done next Monday 1-8-07...It cost me just for the dr. $7000.00 then I will have to pay the hospital bill and the anesthesiologist, the whole thing will run me about 15,000 but in sure it will be worth it....
