Down Even More!

I got a pleasant surprise today! I was down another 3.4 lbs! Total lost since 11/3 is 28.2 lbs! Yay! People are starting to notice and I feel great! Just thought I'd share the good news and wish everyone a happy holiday. I'm off till 1/2!!!!! Hugs, Sheri

Hi Sheri... nice to meet you... My name is Timmy Ray : ) 28 pounds is SUPER !! Woo woo. Keep up the good work. The first few months you will find that .. Suddenly... you will realize you have lost weight... at first you notice but its not until a few weeks/months out that it HITS you... and all in super good ways : ) Today is my two year anniversary.... its very nice to meet you.. and I hope you can possibly attend one of the support meetings that we hold in New Jersey... it sure helped me a lot the first couple years : ) God Bless and keep you... and be encouraged... it will really be exciting for you over the next few months... Hi Timmy! Yes, I am just starting to feel "lighter" and notice a difference. My doctor has a monthly support group that I attend and enjoy. Are there others in my area? If there are I do not know about them. I would love to start one in the Union county area. Have a great holiday! S
