Hi Michelle, You can find these at protica.com or you can try vitamin shop or GNC. There are a bunch of flavors...you can get a case of one flavor or a case of mixed flavors. Which ever you prefer. There are 3oz test tube shots ....the taste is ok...I prefer the blueberry. But for 25 grams of protein in 3 oz...its great! There are a little pricey about $65 for a case so i would recommend buying one tube at a time to see which flavors you like so that your not stuck with a case of tubes that you don't like. Hope that this info is helpful to you! Also, my nutritionist gave me a sample of Syntrax Nectar...which is whey protein isolate...Twisted cherry flavor that is really good. I only had a sample which is 1/2 a serving sample that you mix with water about 6 oz. the 1/2 serving packet has 12grams of portein so that might be another option for you. Hopefully these are two other sources of protein for you.

You can buy a variety of sample packets of different flavors of Whey Protein Isolate online at www.betterbodz.com . They also have individual servings of Syntrax. I buy the big canister and put individual servings in disposable glad cups (4 oz. size) and add them to my water bottle when I go out. When I buy the canisters I buy 3 at a time to save on shipping. Barix also carries the test tube ones. Quite a few people enjoy Nitro Tech, at GNC stores, but I believe they have a website.
