Part 3 -- this is annoying now Snickers Marathon-1 Bar Low Carb Energy Bar - Chocolate Fudge-14g-170-1g these are the ones that ross has tried so far -- if you are using them as a meal replacement if you are on the run then i don't think that 190 Calories is bad -- considering at this early in the game your total calorie intake for the day is around 700 calories

i haven't had any yet -- but Ross eats them all the time!!! i guess i would try any flavor that i thought i would like ross's menu consist of lean pocket for breakfast protein bar for lunch whatever i make him eat for dinner he works outside so a hot lunch is out of the question -- and he really doesn't have a lunch time so a little meal is out of the question because of time -- so a protein bar it is -- what can ya do take care roberta

Hi.... Not to be a bummer but be very careful with the protein bars....they are mostly made for people who are working out for body building (bulking up)... esp those like Met-Rx. 32 grams of protein....your body can only absorb 20 grams at a time, so the rest of the protein you pee (excuse me) out and you are still left with 320 calories....not worth it. (not to mention they have 9 grams of fat...that's pretty high) Your best bet is the South Beach Diet Meal bar. Also check sugar alcohols....high sugar alcohols are good...subtract them from the carbs and that is the actual sugar you are getting. Don't ever eat them for a snack...you know like when you feel like being bad...your better off eating a York Peppermint Pattie when you are feeling "bad"..lol Take care, Barb

HELLO BARB, THIS IS GOOD INFO: WHERE DO YOU GO TO GET THOSE DONUTS. WHEN WOULD YOU EAT ONE. I WAS THINKING WHEN I LEAVE FOR WORK. AT 6:30AM. I DO THREE DIFFERENT SCHOOLS, THAN I'M DONE. SO I THIINK THAT IS A GOOD TIME TO EAT OF THEM, SO THAT I COULD GO AND RUN ENERGY,, THAN HAVE LUNCH TA 11l30AM. AND THAN AN APPLE AT 3:00 PM. WELL, I'M FALLING ASLEEP. WEST OF LUKL TOMORROW BRIDG
