COULD SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO DROP SOME POUNDS BEFORE SURGERY!!
I need to drop 10 to 15 lbs before surgery, but so far it is not happening.
Matter of fact I have been having a problem retaining water. I can do
that sometimes, but I've never had it all the time. I've had it none
stop for the last 3 weeks. My heart doctor told me to stop taking the
water pill. I do notice that if I do not have supportive shoes on the
ankles and feet swell up.
So if anyone could tell me the best way to drop some pounds, and shed
this water thing, or has anyone gone through this. I wonder if it is
the stress of running around trying to get all the classes and test
done. I'm drinking the water, and even if I'm not going out I put the
supportive sneaks on.
Any help???
Thanks!!

Look! I'm fat now and awaiting aprovals and everything- you r a little further in your journey then I, but I can tell u how to drop ten- water- chicken breast- and salad and just a bowl of cereal in the morning- 10 pounds not a problem- now to keep it off is another thing. Oh and dont forget to walk for 30 mins a day- good luck.
Dear monica
thank you for the feed/back. Sounds like a plan. I do alot of water.
My med's make me wan****er. But in the last three weeks ive had
swelling in the feet. It was never this bad. I'm even wearing support
hose, I'm not a salt user, this morning I went out to breakfast with my
husband, he had the reg. Breakfast from "nj diner"..Eggs, toast, ham,
brown potatoes. I had two eggs scrambled with one pc. Of cheese,
and spinach, no potatoe, no meat, just 4 slices of tomatoes, and
whole weat toast. Never use a salt shaker. Got the salt free
peanut butter. I guess I will make an appt. With my family guy!
Thank you for the good idea.
Goodnight
