Oh not to worry. Keep following your surgeon and nutritionist recommendations. I was the same then one day I go on the scale and was down 8lbs. I did my daily protein, protein drinks and other liquids. 8wks out and 54lbs gone. Be patient you'll begin to see the scale moving.

My favorite protein drink is Designer Whey-Vanilla. My new pouch likes grilled/bake salmon and tilipia, tuna, black beans, hummus, sometimes eggs peanut butter, bake chicken. At least once or twice a wee****ep queazy/nausuea(sp). I do not do cheese or chili well causes me to dump.
