I can not tell you from myself but I can tell you what my hubby ate. He loved Wendy's chili with some chese on top. He also ate a lot of lentil soup adn refried beans with cheese. He did well with meatloaf too believe it or not. His tummy is really sensative so chicken still is kinda tough. The key for him is moist moist moist. Also I would make him some chinese dishes so the sauces were all friendly and they sat well with him. Good luck to you. Melissa

I could do tuna fish with a little mayo - but not the chunk kind (that's still a little tough for me). You could also try soups - Campbell's makes a black bean that's a pretty good source of protein and is pureed, so nothing chunky in it. Most of everything else was a little tough. Flaky white fish was okay, but nothing bulky like salmon, swordfish, or tuna steaks. Stick with the thin stuff - flounder, broiled with a little lemon juice, or even microwave it, just don't dry it out. You could try a little cream cheese - I used the whipped kind on a teaspoon. I'm still sticking with a lot of soups and stuff - I'm afraid to get too crazy. Chicken still doesn't work for me, and chili i**** or miss. I can usually eat the beans, but not so much the beef.
