Thank you all for you good thoughts! Well the appointment went very well, I meet all the necessary requirements yeah. Dr. B. and Dominga said I'm ahead with my test so this is what I need to get together so that they can get the approval. 1- Venous Doppler test for the legs. 2- Copy of my End Scope 3- Cardiac Clearance Letter & copy of my stress test. 4- Thyroid Function Test 5- Letter from my PC Dr. about my diets and clearance letter. 6- Psycho Eval. (I need to find one local) any idea's who to go to would be appreciated
