eating is a crap shoot, try new foods one at a time. if they dont agree with you or dont feel right going down, stay off them for a few weeks and then try again.
im three months out and im still doing best with fish, chopped meat and sometimes chicken.
ive added back a small amount of fruit and veggies, but often after i eat my protein, im full.
i can nibble on a little salad, but its still hard for me to eat. sometimes i eat cukes or tomatoes though, cut up small with a little low fat/sugar italian dressing.
just do one day at a time and you will be fine.
