Need a little help ...
I tried to make the meeting last night but I have just been too tired. I had a question I wanted to bring up. I have not been able to get my liquids in. Some days I come close but it is just so hard! I don't know what to do. Any suggestions???
P.S. I do carry around a water bottle and sip but it never is enough!

First of all, I want to address the tiredness.... Are you getting in your vitamin supplements? What about protein in the form of drinks or mushy stuff (i.e., cottage cheese)? You are still so soon after surgery, your energy will rebound soon, most definately by the three-to-four month mark, but you have to be sure you are doing your vitamins -- most important....
As for the water, sip, sip, sip and sip again. Easier said then done, but it is a habit you have to cultivate.
