color my hair???
go for it!!
i lost some of my hair with my treatments -- it's not the hair loss that bothers me as much as the fingernails!! i have to keep them REAL short or else i just bend them back or tear the heck out of them -- i'm still losing my hair -- i think the size of the ponytail is now at a nickel -- oh well
but GO FOR IT and color it all ya want!!!!

Hi,
My sis is a hairdresser and 4 yrs out from bypass. When she was losing her hair...she had it dyed to match her hairpieces..lol her hair grew back and she is still addicted to the hairpieces...they are everywhere, they even hang from the sconces in the bathroom...frightening..lol
So yeah go for it!
Have fun!
I'm almost a year post op my surgery was last Halloween I started losing my hair 4mos out so I decided to get it completely cut and colored that way you will not experience so much shedding it stopped 8 mos post op but I decided to keep it short it makes me look so much younger. But I advise you to go to GNC and get some Biotin 2500 mg or more it's for hair skin and nails it's a extra vitamin and it will minimize the hair lost and it makes your skin look so good and your nails get stronger I still take the biotin once a day also the liquid b12 also at GNC....it's very good for us bariatric patients.....and plus my multivitamin once a day......
