OCWLS Meeting - Toms River

Just a reminder that our monthly OCWLS Toms River meeting is scheduled for this Friday, October 6th at Community Medical Center - Auditorium A - 7-9pm. CMC is located at the intersection of Rt 37West and Hospital Drive right off exit 82A of the GSP. Hope to see some new faces there this month, as well as our usual assembly of "old-timers." Dude, I was just thinking about you yesterday. I was wondering where you get your body fat % tested, and what method is used. Because, I just found a place in Monmouth County that uses the Bod Pod and was considering forking out some cash and giving it a go. -A.J.

Share that info I get mine tested at the gym..which always seems to be calipers. I've been looking for somewhere local that did bod pod.. As it turns out, I -will- be there Friday night. w00t
