My surgeon has asked me to view an education information site. I registered online and the website doesn't work. My surgeon tried to get thru to the tech person at this website but no luck. Now I'm dealing with them myself. Anyone use this site per your surgeons request? My surgeon says I must view it before surgery. Oct 5. Help!!! The tech has been working on the problem for 6 days now.

Hi, I am also using Dr. Bertha for my surgery. I had trouble with the site with my AOL address but when I went on through regular internet explorer I did not have a problem. Good luck with yout surgery and getting on the site.

Yikes, there is a $25 charge to view that website....what kind of site is it??

Spent a few moments viewing the demo, looks like your doc has this set up as protection from malpractice. Try skipping the www and just type claritymd.org after Http:// I also reccomend going through Internet explorer or safari (apple)
