OCWLS Walk

I had a great time at the walk yesterday! Thank you Timmy, Nannette and Jack for putting it together. Thanks AJ for taking care of the T-shirts, they looked great! I felt so good finishing the walk and thinking that just 6 months ago I couldn't go up a flight of stairs without being out of breath and here I was walking briskly for 3 miles and I wasn't out of breath! My lap band is a beautiful thing and all of you from OCWLS have been great and I appreciate you all! Donna C.

Hey Donna -- it was great to see you at the walk, and very gratifying to see the great turnout we had. Also, of equal greatness was to see the number of supportive spouses, friends and families that turned out to support us and their WLS family member. We should make it a semi-annual thing instead of an annual one. I had that much fun! Hugs - see you at the Toms River meeting. Nannette
