Fill Doctor in New Jersey? Help!

Does anyone know a doctor in New Jersey (I really don't care where in NJ, but I live in Middlesex County, not far from the shore) who will do fills for someone who had the surgery elsewhere? (in New York) I felt my surgeon was extremely competent, but he does not do the fills. I just had my first one after 4 months and I was very upset. He did not use lidocaine, which my surgeon told me he would, he hurt me and I was left with a red, sore, raised ring around my port area from the band aid or whatever he might have put on there. The skin was actually peeling off that evening at work (my co-worker saw it). It is still red and not completely healed yet. I DO NOT WANT TO GO BACK TO THAT FILL DOCTOR And the worse part, is IT DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL!!! AND COST ME $110!!! I could have thrown $110 out the window, or went down to Atlantic City and had a good time for a few hours at a blackjack table or something. So, please, fellow New Jerseyans, do you know of a doctor who would be willing to give me good, pain-free aftercare? I have new insurance, too, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, PPO (or EPO). i used a doctor in hamilton named Dr. Earl Noyan im not sure if he does fills, but he was very nice and took Blue Cross Insurance. his phone number is 609-585-2447. good luck, hugzzzzzzzzzzzz, jacki

Dr. Jean-Baptiste does fills. His team is just great! Try their office at 908-226-4200

Yes, I use Dr. Jean-Baptiste surgeon/director of Bariatric Center at Muhlenberg Hospital. Even though I got RNY, I know he does the lapbands as well. He does take Horizon BC/BS because this is the insurance I have. Hope all works out for you.

Hey... I love my surgeon, and he is wonderful. His name is Dr. Ianacce...he is with Dr. Capella (surgical weight loss) I too have horizon bcbs ppo. It was not a problem getting approved...they know exactly what you need and are very helpful. They are located in Ramsey NJ. I live in south jersey and traveled to see him...I would do it again! The hospital (Hackensak UMC) was amazing...the entire floor was dedicated to gastric bypass patients-the nurses knew exactly what you will need post op. Good Luck, Hope this helps Jaime

Yes dr. Noyan is good and I think he does the fills. Does anyone know of a psych doc that will accept a new patient for the eval. My surgery date is 10/2 and the last dr. that was going to do it never showed up to the appointment. Please Help with any info all info is appreciated.
