It's okay to give in to cravings once in a while, but I'd ask yourself why are you snacking so much? Is it because you're hungry, bored, sad, etc? I know I needed to evaluate my moods in order to stop my heavy snacking. But, healthy snacks are good if they are fruits or loaded with protien. Sometimes I try and drink something first and then re-evaluate to see if I (or my mouth) was truly hungry or not....hope it helps!
