food questions HELP

hi everyone, im having my surgery this wednesday and the doc gave me a food (liquids) list for the first week or so after surgery. two questions. 1. where do i find clear liquid protein drink. 2. is there any such animal as sugar free juice, the only thing i found was light juice which still had about 10 grams of sugar. thanks for any help you can all provide hugs, jacki
