Hi Eric, I went to a Dr. Gary Goldberg. 1-973-325-2999 or 1-973-992-2888 He has an office in Livingston accros the Mall and another one in West Orange off of Northfield Rd. I went to him in January, he was fine. 45 minutes and I was out the door with his approval. I am still waiting for the insurance approval. Mark
