Pre-Admission Testing?

Hello Friends~ I got the letter from my surgeons office today and it tells me all the testing I have to have done before surgery. I understand most of them, CBC, chest x-ray, full chem screen, ekg.. thank goodness no upper GI stuff or colonoscopy...... but I don't know what PT and PTT are. Can someone tell me what these tests are? Thanks! Michelle in Brick
