Migraines

Hi everyone! I am 3 months post-op and have lost about 45lbs. so far. Unfortunately, for the last month I have been suffering with migraines/headaches everyday! My primary prescribed Fioricet and Imitrex but is there anything anyone knows of that I can do to get rid of or prevent them? I am getting tired of having one everyday. I have to go see a neurologist but god only knows how long it will take to get an appointment for him. I am tired of suffering! The Imitrex makes me feel kind of sick and the fioricet makes me sleepy sometimes. HELP.

Kimberly, I'm curious what your blood sugars are like when you get the migraines. Low blood sugar headaches are killer!! JM.02. Robin

Hi Robin, Thanks for the reply. I've checked my blood sugar and it was 79. I'm not sure if that's low or not, its seems normal to me. Also, blood pressure is fine because when I had high pressure before sugery I got headaches. Just hoping sometihing or someone helps soon. Kim
