well here i sit again -- googling everyword i can think of -- checking and re-checking the email (like some other fool is up) i've been up since 2am -- in the process of making macaroni salad -- dishes are done -- birds are ready to be fed in a couple of hours back on 6/6 my dr gave me Ambien -- WOW!!! wonderful stuff!!! and then........... SLAM!!!! back to being awake!! called the dr and he said because of everything else i;m on that the ambien was the only choice -- told me to try benedryl -- i took benedryl in the begining of my treatments and it worked for a little while -- then BAM!!!! awake again!! well at least the news is coming on in a minute -- i can always hear about the rain and flooding you all have a great day -- we are leaving in a few hours (hubby has to sleep) to get my son in NH so that he can start a new life in NJ hopefully -- should have really beat his ass when he was younger!! so if anyone see's the red neon with the fool hanging out the window -- asleep -- that would be me ;) Have a Good Day Roberta

Roberta~ I am in the same boat as you! I haven't had surgery yet, I do have Ambien in the medicine closet, but it's not working as well as it used to. It does put me to sleep, but staying asleep is a whole 'nother matter Last night I went to bed at 10pm, knowing I had to get up at 7am to go to work, I fell asleep around 2am, and then woke up about every hour, on the hour, and it was awful. It's such a debilitating feeling to not be able to sleep..... I know the entire night I am going to be so tired the next day, and that just makes it worse. It's such a vicious cycle. I am feeling for you! Here's to Roberta and Michelle getting a good nights sleep! Michelle Brennan
