I am curious who takes B-12, how do you take it (nasal, shot, sublingual)? Does anyone else know their B-12 levels? I get shots, once a month. I notice that after three weeks, I feel sluggish, and kinda eh, and the week before my shot I feel downright icky. Does this happen to anyone else? Angela

Angela, My other half takes the sublingual dots. The nut said you get the best absorbtion that way even beyond the shots. I am sure each nut is different though. He takes one tablet every day. Usually in the morning. It really does help with his energy though. It does make a difference. Melissa

I take B-12 everyday and I use Bariatric Advantage tablets which desolves under your tongue. My doctor also gave me a B-12 shot as well.

I take B-12 injections I do this my self. At this time I take the shot weekly. as my levels are low. I am also low in others. including Iron, vit D, magnisem, so every one must follow the doctor's advise and get checked as per your doctors instructions.
