I make this chili all the time. It's actually a weigh****chers recipe, but very yum. 1 lb beef, turkey, chicken, or use meat substitute or no meat at all. 1 can black beans, do not drain 1 can white beans, do not drain 1 can kidney beans, do not drain 1 pkg ranch dressing mix 1 pkg taco seasoning 1 can tomatoes 1 can chopped chiles 1 can refried Fat Free beans Ok, brown the meat, drain, add cans of beans, add tomatoes, add seasonings, chiles. Cook a bit, maybe 10 min. Add refried beans to thicken. Sometimes I add 1 can of corn (drained). Generally I don't put the tomatoes in b/c my boy doesn't like tomatoes, so I add salsa to mine when I reheat it. You can do anything with this really, its the seasonings that make it taste great. That sounds awesome. Do you have the nutritional values for it. Like protein and such? Fred is 3 weeks post op and chili is all he really wants to eat. All he can really tolerate so this would be awesome. Thanks, Melissa
