This morning I went to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and a man said, Good Morning Beautiful! I quickly said thank you.... I realized, first time I didn't look around and say, who? me? Hehe Went to Wawa for lunch. Bought one of those miracle salads, and I'm pretty full. I just wish that 7-11 brought back the diet Pepsi slurpees, because I could really go for one right about now. Damn them. I think I'm going to try buying a Wawa salad for lunch each day and see. I figure with packing my lunches I'm spending about the same amount of money, and it always seems to taste better when someone else makes it for you. Timmy, you don't post for weeks, and then you come on here and make fun of my peeps? Hm, I see how it is. BTW go to www.strandlakewood.com to see the schedule for the shows. It would be fun to have a group outing. I'm looking forward to Grease. I don't know about auditions, the last board meeting was cancelled. Vegetarianism is not going well. I think my body just loves meat, and it's a true love affair that should not be tinkered with right now. Especially since I received the results of my glucose tolerance test. I like the "idea" of being a vegetarian, but I think I might start snacking on too many carbs. I guess i'm not ready.

Hey Angela ! I did go to the web site, and the tryouts are in July.. woo woo : ) I think I will coax Sandi into going to the "Rumors" production... also, not sure what its about but its live Community Theater.... what more can one say.. Right? First let me apologize. I honestly dont dislike lawyers at all.... I have often thought about returning to school and studying to be a lawyer, there is a lot of rewarding work to be done to help people in the field of law. The Department head of Criminal Justice at Western Illinois University (where I graduated from 4 year university last year) in Moline, Illinois was a lawyer. Despite teaching a program designed mainly for law enforcement and police, her classes were heavy on rights, origins and constitutional and common law. I found it facinating, especially learning about the Supreme Court system, and other courts in our land. Anyhow.. I digress... Most Lawyers I know are really salt of the earth people. I know.. I know...sometimes I just jump into attempts at humor and it falls flat. My Bad (however I have to bug AJ, I "KNEW" that your a good sport and wouldnt "kick my arse" as he blithely put it hehehehehe),..... As for my relative insanity.... as for my Regarding the idea of returning to school to become a doctor of jurisprudence, I know that I am fairly good with people.... but Im such an old fart now..... I guess I have always smiled ruefully and thought ... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh Timothy lad... you are too old to start all over that way : P As for my lame comments about lawyers, Thanks for being nice about it, I promise not to hurl mud at lawyers anyway.. anymore : ))) When I posted this morning early..... when I was almost done I had a momentary bit of fear when I realized... Oh man thats right... Angela is an attorney !! EEKK ! Then I thought... aww she is good people... she might hit me but she will understand Im just kidding. Either way... thanks for being a sport... you are certainly a stand up gal : ) As for my posting.........Posting is at times almost a "manic" thing for me, when I get life organized sufficently then daily posting is fun and easy, I always have the gift of running off at the mouth. Truly, lawyers are good people, I was casting around for humor on the web, and tried to pick a group that wouldnt necessarily sound corny... when I poked fun. However, methinks that rednecks would be a better target next time. We DID miss you at the Thursday night meeting, however. So what did you miss? Well, Melitas brother, Skip , (he is a retired PE teacher from Toms River area) gave a hour presentation via powerpoint regarding nutrition, the importance of hydration and exercise, and the dangers of sugar and sugar filled foods. It was an EXCELLENT talk, and well received. Angela, what do you think about maybe getting a group to go to Rumors? At the Strand? I guess I am feeling like it would be kick bootay and hugely enjoyable to have more social social type activity, among the group.... I dunno I guess we could do a movie or a picnic or just about anything but the Strand is such a nifty keen place that it seems like it would be fun. Sorry to hear about the vegetarian thing, I know that I could never be one, or a vegan, I like eating meat toooo much. I hope this finds you having a excellent day, Congrats at the 30 percent payoff on a debt reduction, thats is impressive. Do you do a lot of that type of work, is that something your firm or you specialize in? Take care, hope to see you at one of the July meetings : ) Timmy Ray

I love the WaWa prepared salads - the Chef Salad and the Roasted Chicken are my favorite and lowest calories -- I usually get the Rasberry Vinegarette or the Italian (again lowest calories) for the dressing. They are definately a staple in my luncheon diet! Hugs, Nannette

Hey there Counselor, ? Yeah, he called you "Beautiful". Get used to it. ? I'm with you... I eat a Wawa salad for lunch about 3 times a week. The Carribean Chicken Salad just flat out rules. ? I wouldn't be opposed to a group outing. Especially if Timmy gets cast as Sandy, Rizzo, or Frenchie! ? Eventually, I think our bodies will allow us to follow a Vegetarian lifestyle. For me, I know that it would greatly enhance my overall karma. There's a defunct Yahoo group called "WLS Veggies" - I've been trying for over a month to get added to the member list, just to go back and read all of the old posts, but to no avail. (Okay, it's the second time in two days that I'm going to post a quote by some famous guy on this board... but, here goes) "A human can be healthy without killing animals for food. Therefore if he eats meat he participates in taking animal life merely for the sake of his appetite." - Tolstoy You KNOW that that dude never had his inner plumbing re-arranged. Hopefully, one day, this newly-altered anatomy will allow those of us who wish to forgo the protien-dense animal flesh and forsake those appetites. As usual, Just my 2 cents. See Ya, -A.J.

Angela Do you and your significant other, do you guys drink Dunkin Donuts coffee a lot? Or is it a conveinence (mispell) thang? Like located close to your work rather than your favorite coffee? I ask because some people swear by it, and think its Gods gift or something. The closest thing to coffee I drink is an occassional Iced Starbucks Frappacino ****d Coffee with the sugar free hazelnut syrup or sugarfree vanillia is good, my wife prefers the sugar free hazelnut to the vanilla) Anyhow.. I digress. I ask because we purchased a large quanity, and if you like it I would bring you a pound of it (we got some for gifts and found we got too much recently) at the next meeting. We have more than we can use. Let me know? Have a Good day : ) God Bless Timmy Ray
