I,m seeing a gastrologist on tues can anyone tell me what to expect. The more detailed the better.

Hi Patience, It is nothing. You will not be awake for it. It takes only 30 minutes. You eat nothing from midnight tonight. You wake up and I felt nothing. It does not hurt. They are just looking to see if your stomach is free & clear of any tumors, growths or advanced issues of gerd. This was the easy part. I am with the same Dr. Bilof. I needed to go thru a 6 month diet program for insurance. I am on the 5th month now. My gastro doc was Ruffini, he is great. Good luck.
