Need advice

I was referred to Dr. Vazquez for surgery. He seemed very nice and caring. Any feedback from the group on Dr. Vazquez? I would appreciate any comments that would help me make my decision.

Hi Paula, I do not know anything about Dr. Vazquez, so I can't give you any input there. Both my hubby and I used Dr. Abkin in Morristown ( we are from Hawthorne) In our opinion he is just wonderful. Please do your research and go to a few Dr.'s seminars before you decide which one you are most comfortable and confident in. We did see 3 before we decided on Dr. Abkin. i agree with Sherri. I had Dr. Abkin do my surgery (his office is in Florham Park). People I met have traveled 2 hours to have him do their surgery! Their practice has done over 4,000 lap rnys!!! Good luck!

I had Dr. Bertha who is in practice with Dr. Abkin, and he is THE BEST hands down. I had a wonderful experience, complication free, and I'm now down 90 lbs at almost 7 months out.
