Topic: Best Place to have Surgery in ND...
Greetings All!!! I have recently started my journey towards weight loss and really could use some help locating a surgeon in ND. I have started the process at Altru in Grand Forks, but I would really appreciate information about other centers and surgeons that perform baritic surgery.

FI: They aren't formal meetings....We have anywhere from 3 to 10 people that get together for socialization. Very informal. Drink what you like to drink with the except of alcohol.lol

That all sounds GREAT! I will put the next mtg. on my calendar and plan to be there!!!
I really want to find a good protein powder to make shakes in the a.m. b/c bfast is my biggest problem, so right away I don't start my day off well.

Once again it is time for our coffee group. No need to drink coffee to come!!! June 18 at 630. If the weather is nice we will meet at Lindenwood Park by the play grounds. If the mother nature isn't cooperating, then it will be at Lunas coffee shop. Everybody welcome!!

I think the only way to get unjury is online. I have the chicken broth and the chocolate that I would be willing to give you a sample of to try. I daily use nectar protein powder for my shakes. I have one almost every day. We will be having a coffee group on June 18 at 630 p at luna's (unless the weather is nice and then we will probably be at lindenwood park). Please join us and you can get the samples then.

Began my journey in 2008 at 246#....lost 111#...have regaind about 35#'s of which I am currently trying to rectify!
I hear a lot of people refer to Unjury protein powder. I have recently tried a protein powder (not for rny'ers) that had whey and soy protein in it and it was supposed to be formulated to NOT produce gas...but when I drank it I horrible stomach pains (gas? 
) about 10mins after drinking it.
I want to incorporate some protein shakes into my diet, especially for breakfast but I am leary to try protein powders again.
Can you get Unjury locally? Or just online? Any other protein powder suggestions that might not cause this effect for me...and that I can get in the Fargo-Moorhead area?

I literally came to this board to either see if or post about having a tummy tuck or something like it.
Wondered who in the Fargo/Moorhead area had had one and what the costs were, etc.
I am in interested...would be nice not to have the excess flab on my tummy. After two babies close together and then WLS there some excess tummy.

. I just looked at the calendar, and realized that today was my 5 year surgerversity! Amazing how time flies.
I was just wondering, has anyone here had any plastic surgery since your WLS? I am going to be having an abdominalplasty on June 20th in Bismarck, and was interested in hearing about your journey or any words of wisdom.
